Variety is the spice of life, and that’s exactly what we have to offer! Atmospheres Gourmet Galley combines flavors from around the world in order to take your taste buds on a global adventure, all from a cockpit in the Caribbean. We have a variety of regional-specific menus to choose from that change seasonally to provide the freshest meals possible. With so many genres to choose from, it’s like eating in a different restaurant every day! So let us know what kind of Atmosphere you’re in the mood for, and we will bring you there!

  • Signature Series - A3 Chef's Table

    This surf and turf inspired menu has a modern steak house vibe, full of signature dishes created just for A3. A great option for special occasions, or when you just want to treat yoself!

  • Neptunes Pantry - Beyond The Fish

    This seafood lovers menu falls on the lighter side and covers all the bases. With a little bit of heat and a some stronger flavors, this is a good menu for the more adventurous eater.

    This one is for the meat lovers. A heavier menu with lots of grilling & rich smokey flavor. Gather the family around the picnic table and feast with us!

    This is a medium weight menu full of fresh bold flavors with lots of fresh seafood and a little bit of heat. Just what you’d expect in the tropics!

    This is menu features some of the local cuisine from the Virgin and surrounding islands for the more adventurous eater. It’s a heavier menu with a blend of starches meats and fish.

    This healthy light menu utilizes traditional Indian ingredients and can easily be adapted for vegetarians. With lots of clean fresh flavors that aren’t overwhelming, it’s a perfect menu to balance out the week!

  • Ono' - Hawaiian

    Ono means delicious in the native Hawaiian tongue, and that’s exactly what what you’re tongue will say too.  This menu is on the heavier side with a combination of pork, seafood and lots of sweets.

    This menu is a fiesta waiting to happen! Definitely on the heavier side and geared towards meat lovers, it’s not your ordinary Mexican. Lots of bold spicy flavors make this one of our favorites!
